About the attorney

Attorney Mark Cicero

My practice is focused on estate planning, probate law, asset protection, real estate law, business law, trust administration, guardianship law, and elder law. A native of Cleveland, I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron, School of Law. While in law school, I received awards for earning the highest grade in several courses including property law and the law of wills, trusts, and estates. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University where I studied political science and history.

In my free time, I am an avid music, amusement park, and Cleveland sports fan. Although my practice is located in Middleburg Heights, I am very familiar with the various courts located throughout northeast Ohio. I enjoy helping the community and look forward to meeting you to discuss your legal issues with you.
